De roots van de oude zaal gaan terug tot in de 16e eeuw toen ze nog als patriciërswoning fungeerde. Begin jaren 1990 werd het oude gebouw klaargestoomd in functie van voorstellingen en concerten. Daarvoor gebruikt kunstencentrum nona ze vandaag nog steeds. Samen met de bar en de foyer aan de straatkant straalt het geheel een gezellige charme en huiselijkheid uit. (Dutch)
