E’ un bellissimo teatro barocco, opera dell’architetto Antonio Galli Bibiena che l’eresse nel 1771. Ha subito restauri nel 1877 e recentemente. Dal 1869 appartiene al Comune che lo usa per stagioni liriche, concerti e spettacoli di prosa. Fa parte dei teatri del circuito ETI ed ha una capienza di 1200 posti. (Italian)
