Teatro Manzoni, opera di Fiorentino Dellumi del 1876, eretto per volontà del privato Luigi Belloni in via Urbana. Vi si rappresentarono inizialmente drammi, opere, operette e, successivamente, venne adibito a cinema-varietà. Calcarono questo palcoscenico molti famosi attori e fantasisti alle loro prime esibizioni, fra i quali: Ettore Petrolini, Leopoldo Fregoli, Anna Magnani e Peppino De Filippo. Il teatro ebbe grande vitalità sotto l'impulso degli impresari e proprietari del Teatro Quirino, Arn (Italian)
