Iniziato nel 1926, terminato nel 1927 non fu mai inaugurato a causa della morte avvenuta in quegli anni del marchese Giuseppe Roi. Venne modificato nei due corpi laterali allora terrazzati e recintati con una balaustra di colonnine uguali a quelle della loggetta centrale. (Italian)
