    Built 1898 by W. G. R. Sprague. Opened 26 Dec 1898 as Princess of Wales Theatre with the play Cinderella. In the 1920s (?) renamed Kennington Theatre. Closed 1934. Damaged in World War II. Remains demolished in 1949 in favour of a block of flats. (English)
