Opened 26 May 1915 with Lessing's Minna von Barnhelm. 1954 auditorium renovation. 1979-1980 extensions and rebuilding of the foyers. Originally 330 seats (+ 26 weelchair seats), today 400 seats (+ 56 wheelchair seats). (English)
