Concert and theatre hall, built 1887-1889 by Albert Jasson as a part of the Ensemble Poirel (also including an art gallery), funded by a donation to the city of Nancy by Victor Poirel and Lisinka Poirel in 1882. Opened December 1889. 1896 organ by Cavaillé-Coll, replaced 1971 by an organ by Haerpfer which was relocated 1999 to a church in Droiteval. 1999 renovations and rebuildings. 800 seats. Home to the Orchestre symphonique et lyrique de Nancy. (English)
