Statements
Multi-purpose open-air arena, built by Eleuterio Población Knappe for the Expo'92 world exposition. Opened Sep 1991 as Auditorio de la Expo'92 with a concert of the Spanish singer Rocío Jurado. During the 1992 exposition used for Azabache, a show of Spanish songs. 2006 renamed in honour of Rocío Jurado (1944-2006). Ca. 8000 seats. (English)
