E’ un capace teatro moderno, eretto dall’architetto Pier Luigi Nervi nel 1950 a fianco del Palazzo delle Esposizioni. E’ la sede provvisoria delle stagioni liriche e concertistiche dell’Ente Autonomo Teatro Regio. Appartiene al Comune ed ha una capacità di 1.350 posti. Sulla sua area, nel 1938, era sorto il Teatro della Moda, distrutto poi dai bombardamenti bellici. (Italian)
