Built 1871 by Thomas Dixon for the Delaware Grand Lodge of Masons. Opened 22 Dec 1871 as a masonic temple and multli-purpose auditorium. In the 20th century used as a cinema. Closed ca. 1967. 1973-1976 major restoration. Re-opened 1976 as a performing arts centre. 1208 seats. (English)
