Built 1897-1900 by W. Lossow and H. Vieweger at the former site of the Boxbergisches Palais. Opened 21 November 1898 as a private theatre. Used for operetta and ballet performances. Capacity: ca. 2000 persons. Destroyed by bombs in 1945. Remains later demolished. (English)
