Opened 1894 as Trianon-Concert. 1900 destroyed by fire, wth only the façade remaining. Subsequently rebuilt by Joseph Cassien-Bernard and re-opened 1902 as Trianon-Théâtre. 1903 renamed Théâtre Victor-Hugo, 1906 renamed Trianon-Lyrique, later Le Trianon. 1939 converted into a cinema. Cinema closed 1992. Re-opened in the 2000s as a live theatre and music venue. 2009-2010 major renovations. 1087 seats. (English)
