Concert and multi-purpose hall, built 1910 by Bernhard Sehring. Pipe organ by Wilhelm Sauer (IV/P 72), restored 1989-1991. The building contains a main hall (1700 seats) and a smaller hall. Closed 2005 due to the economical situation and safety concerns. Since then various initiatives and plans for renovation, now scheduled to start in 2025. (English)
