Antico bel teatro storico, risalente al 1663. Fu completamente ricostruito su progetto di Antonio Galli Bib­biena (modifiche di Cosimo Morel­li) fra il 1765 e il 1772. Da allora ha subito diversi re­stauri che non ne hanno minima­mente alterato relegante aspetto settecentesco. Ospita spettacoli lirici e di pro­sa. Fra questi ultimi gli spettacoli dell’annuale Rassegna Nazionale di Arte Drammatica Angelo Perugini. (Italian)
