Built 1880 as model farm for the chocolat producer Antoine Brutus Menier. 1979-1980 converted into a theatre and arts centre. Also known as Scène nationale de Marne-la-Vallée. The complex contains several halls: Grand Théâtre (800 seats), Abreuvoir (400 standing), Grenier (80 seats), Studio (90 seats), Caravansérail (230 seats) and Halle (800 standing). (English)
