Built 2012 by Foster Wilson Architects on the site of the former Westminster Theatre (destroyed by fire in 2002). Opened 18 Sep 2012 as St. James Theatre. The building contains a main theatre hall (312 seats) and a studio theatre (120 seats). 2017 renamed The Other Palace. (English)
