The "Time frame" allows you to see or define what time frame your information is about. Time frames include general history frames, art time frames, technical timeframes or local ones, as you can see under the expected vallues below.

Specifically for documents, we want to clarify that the time frame is the period the document is about, and not the period of publishing!

We want to avoid a mass of timeframes that make the overview vague and diffuse. So first check if an existing time frame, possibly with adjustments, can be used.

To create new time frames, make a new item with the type of information = Period, era, time frame (Q30).
