Help:Preparing Bulk import
For large amounts of information, the information can be imported instead of manually imported. This is done by making an excel file with the required information and sending it to the team.
Contents
Information in the excel file
The minimum information that the Excel file needs to contain
Top rows:
- Name of the property
- Pnumber of the property
- “Add”, “replace“ or “ignore” (depending on what needs to be done with the information.)
- Qualifier of property (the P number of the property)
Don’t forget obvious properties like [Field], [type of information], [instance of], [source], [source URL], … These are often the same for the whole series, but are needed for good functioning.
