Kyrgyz State Drama Theatre. Built 1970 by O. Baymurzayev, A. Kaynarbayev and M. Zhaksylykov. Opened 1970 as Kyrgysky akadem. dramat. Teatr im. Ryskulova. Named after the Soviet politician, Turar_Ryskulov (1894-1938). Later renamed in honour of the Soviet writer, Toktobolot Abdumomunov (1922-1989). (English)
