Cinema and vaudeville theatre, built 1928 in the atmospheric style. Opened 18 Feb 1928 as Sheboygan Theatre. 1980 twinned and renamed Plaza 8 Sheboygan Cinemas I & II. Closed 1992. 1996 purchased by the Weill Center Foundation. Named after the Austrian-American philanthropist Stefanie H. Weill (1906-1985). Operated as a performing arts center. Originally 1600 seats, now 1150 seats. (English)
