Casino with a theatre hall. Third casino on the site, built 1898-1899 by Auguste and Gustave Perret. Opened July 1899. Also known as Casino Municipal de Saint-Malo. Destroyed by bombs in 1944. [In 1946, a temporary wooden casino was built on the site, replaced 1956 by today's casino and convention centre known as Palais du Grand Large.] (English)
